On the splendid hills of the Marche region, about 290 meters above the sea, in the hinterland of Senigallia, there is a singular land, of a clay-limestone type which, combined with the saline air brought from the nearby Adriatic Sea, welcomes two native vines as the only motherland: the Lacrima of Morro d’Alba and the Verdicchio of Castelli di Jesi.
Perfumes, landscapes and history led us to plant them in 2008 on the four hectares adjacent to the estate, allowing us to vinify various labels, all spontaneously fermented in steel and amphorae. In the vineyard we practice regenerative agriculture with the use of biodynamic preparations.
Since 2016 we have been producing 3 wines vinified entirely in underground amphora inspired by the ancient Piceni. Cielo Sommerso, Indisciplinato and Vinosauro are the names of the three labels vinified in Georgian amphora (Qvevri).
