More than 35 winemakers from all over Italy will be present, and you will have the opportunity to taste more than 200 different wines.
For this edition of our traditional Roman stop, we relied on the experience of the Testaccio Gastronomic Collective, a metropolitan osteria and hub of ideas and experiences always oriented toward the use of quality raw materials. A cuisine that respects seasonality and knows how to combine tradition with new ideas and influences. You will find a menu dedicated to our event directly in the exhibition spaces, so you can combine each dish with our natural wines.
