The wines from ‘La Difida Vini Testardi’ come from the Volcanic Maremma. It is a multi-cultural agricultural company that is dedicated not only to the cultivation of vines but also to the production of olive trees, wheat and the breeding of farmyard animals according to a rural method.

The work in the countryside and in the cellar is inspired by the utmost respect for the environment that hosts us. We make wine in an ancient cave dug in the center of Sorano mainly with native Procanico and Sangiovese grapes grown on volcanic soils. The company adheres to the regulations of Organic Agriculture.
