The Natural Artisan Winemakers Fair is coming back to Rome!
Nov. 4, 5 and 6 at the Città dell’Altra Economia in Rome
Gastronomic Offer
For this edition of our traditional Roman stop, we relied on the experience of the Testaccio Gastronomic Collective, a metropolitan osteria and hub of ideas and experiences always oriented toward the use of quality raw materials. A cuisine that respects seasonality and knows how to combine tradition with new ideas and influences. You will find a menu dedicated to our event directly in the exhibition spaces, so you can combine each dish with our natural wines.
Over 30 Winemakers, 200 different wines
In this difficult year we will testify to what we do best: wine and viticulture to protect our territories. With tenacity and continuous study, respecting craftsmanship and nature! The history and peculiarities of the winery and the winemaking techniques used.
We are returning for the second time to Verona with VAN Italy 2023, this year we are doing two days which will be very intense days, we will have together with our historical winemakers, new associates and many guest winemakers.
The days of our fair will be April 2 and 3, in the location that already hosted us last year, in the barchessa of Villa Bongiovanni, in the province of Verona.
It will be an “event fair” and also a party!
On the evening of the 2nd, i.e. Sunday, having taken away the stations of the individual winemakers, we will open the doors for a dinner all together, in an absolutely festive atmosphere our guests will be able to enjoy the cuisine curated by Trattoria La Stazione Restaurant in Castel d’Ario with musical performances, a DJ set curated by the winemakers themselves. We have said many times that those who make natural wine have a multifaceted soul, we will demonstrate and enjoy it.
Individual winemakers’ tasting tables will then return on Monday 3.
VAN Italy will feature the entire overview of native and international grape varieties, with wines that are like rare, hard-to-find pearls. This will be a wonderful opportunity to discover them, taste them, and most importantly, have the people who produce them tell you about them. Each wine carries with it the story of an area, an ethical production philosophy, and above all, the life story of the people who have chosen to learn this noble craft.

Fair of Italian Natural Artisan Winemakers
Our Association presents its first wine tasting event in Belgium, thanks to the collaboration with La Sorgente.
Our event will take place at Stormkop in Antwerp on July 2nd, 2023, and at Mercerie in Brussels on July 3rd, 2023.
The event will start on both days at 11.30 am and will end at 6 pm.
The event will be exclusively reserved to catering industry professionals from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
From 1.30 pm to 6 pm, the event will be open to the general public.
During the wine tasting. And until 8 pm, we will host Pizza Chef Luca Fabozzi, who will prepare authentic Neapolitan pizzas using regional ingredients provided by Carnivale. There will be bar service offering natural wines and soft drinks, to better enjoy the experience. As a special treat, You will also have the chance to sample organic and regional food products imported by Carnivale from small producers.

This spring we will start off on the road with our first fair in Denmark, we will meet on Sunday, March 5 and Monday, March 6 at the beautiful halls of Il Buco, a beautiful restaurant dedicated to Italian gastronomy and wines!
Our members and winemaker friends who share with us the “choice” to work the vineyards and produce wine following the principles of biodiversity, sustainability and naturalness of wines will be there!
The fall edition of VAN 2022 will tradiotnally return to Rome, after the Verona stop the aVANguardisti of natural wine will be waiting for you with new guests, not only from Italy at the Città dell’Altra Economia – CAE on November 5, 6 and 7.
We are waiting for you at the Città dell’Altra Economiay – CAE, we will introduce the new members, many realities from all over the country.
This year we have reconstituted ourselves as an association and this fair is the first stage of a path that will see us as protagonists of other initiatives and spokesmen for “notra scelta”!
As always, you will have the opportunity to take a journey through the most and least known Italian wine areas, where the “guides” will be environmental sustainability, biodiversity and environmental vitality alone.
Natural Artisan Winemakers Fairs!
For the very first time, the association is organizing VAN Italy on April 11 in a breathtaking location Villa Bongiovanni in the province of Verona that will host national and international visitors.
VAN Italy will feature the entire overview of native and international grape varieties, with wines that are like rare, hard-to-find pearls. This will be a wonderful opportunity to discover them, taste them, and most importantly, have the people who produce them tell you about them.
Each wine carries with it the story of an area, an ethical production philosophy and, above all, the life story of the people who have chosen to master this noble craft.
In Rome the next edition of VAN 2022 as per tradition, after the satisfactory November 2021 edition at the Città dell’Altra Economia – CAE the winemakers will meet and remeet you on March 6 and 7.
In their own style they will bring along their wines, all their wealth of experience, history and work.
It will be a new opportunity for exchange and acquaintance between established presences and new winemakers.
You will drink the new vintages and bottlings. Also on these two occasions you will have the opportunity to take a journey through the most and least known Italian wine areas, where the “guide” will be not only environmental sustainability but also environmental vitality.

Rome will host the next edition of V.A.N. 2021.
After more than a year, difficult for everyone, during which everything seemed to stand still, the vine nevertheless continued its life cycle and obviously brought new grapes and new wine.
At the Città dell’Altra Economia – CAE the winemakers will bring along their wines, all their experience, history and work.
You will not only drink and taste wine, but you will drink the history and the whys, you will really get to know the people who make the wine, and you will also be able to buy it. It will be a journey through the most and least known Italian wine areas, where the “guide” will be sustainability.
